Hi Frans,

You can still get on the bus with cash, if you do the price is 2.50 TL per one way ticket. They only sell them per 2 however, so you'll give them 5 tl (per person), they get you a card with 2 rides on them.
Easy huh?! ;)

If you buy a personal card, the price is 1.70 tl

I wish Antalya would just give up on the cards idea, how many failures do there have to be before they realise a cashless public transport system in a tourist resort needs much better organisation than is possible here?

Like most of the great ideas that they have. They implement them and THEN work out the practicalities.

I agree entirely, it also takes away from the experience! ;)
No more is the driver pulling away, changing lanes, overtaking and undertaking while juggling fares and change! :ohmy:
