They constructed their homes around an ancient mountain range settlement. One house is located right in the stadium, another exactly on the stage of an ancient theater. For the villagers, there is only one complete remnant to the ancient civilization- the old roman bridge over the river bed of the Eurymedon river.
Selge was originally founded by Greek soldiers who fought for Troja, it experienced its hey days in the 5th Century B.C. with the trade relations with the Romans.
The main places to see here are the well preserved theater, a stadium, temple and the remains of the city walls.
